When anxiety strikes, reach for homeopathic remedies

Traffic. Deadlines. Bills. These and other daily "inevitables" almost always leave us feeling stressed. Some people are able to forget stressful situations -- routine or traumatic - and leave them behind once the stressor is removed or over.
